Summons a Tebo that charges forwards after channelling its energy, damaging and briefly stunning opponents hit along the way. * The longer the Tebo prepares to charge, the more Damage it does, up to 200% extra Damage. * At maximum energy, opponents will also by knocked back when hit. * The Tebo Charge deals full Damage to the first enemy hit, and 1/3 less Damage to any other enemies hit.
